Went exactly to script really. Before the game you’d probably guess at 2-0. Thankfully, England finally live up to expectations.

Get in there, whatever happens from now on is just a bonus. If we do get to the final, and were to somehow win the damned thing, I reckon Raheem will get the winner, he's saving his goal for then

Thought Maguire was absolutely immense once again, they should just nickname him The Wall and be done with it. But they all put in a shift, from Pickford pulling out some super saves (and more cracking passes) to Kane's hold-up play and everyone in-between.

Yes, it was only Sweden but England made them look ordinary which is the key here, and is what I kept repeating over and over upthread with those group games, they're playing with belief and confidence and clearly it's bringing results. Whether they can up it against the proper teams is the question, but I don't necessarily think that Belgium B vs England B was wholly indicative of how such a rematch would pan out.

I think the Russia v Croatia match will go to extra time and penalties but not expecting a good game to watch like the Sweden v England match as i expected Sweden offered nothing and ran out of steam and still waiting to see England being tested by a strong team.

Doesn't matter, I'd take either of them. Croatia would undoubtedly be the tougher test on paper but playing the Russians in Moscow with a place in the final up for grabs would be a hell of a thing.

I expect a tight one with home advantage but Croatia are obviously a better side and I have them to win in 90 mins so fingers crossed.

France are picking up form now they are getting stronger but i don't know what way the semi final will go with Belgium.
