The BDInfo scan for the US BD is online, while the specs for the UK release come from DVDCompare here, There is also an Australian BD, which appears to have some different specs, but is also apparently the 108-min International cut of the film, according to Madman's web site here.

I am assuming the US BD is locked, but the Korean BD is definitely locked to Region A. The BDInfo scan from my Korean copy is here.

Yeah, it's slightly better for the most part if we're talking about PQ for the director's cut. I am going to include it in the list just because it has all 4 cuts.

Yeah, I am going to remove it from the list I think unless there are extras on the DE or FR releases that are not on the Shout release. Can anyone confirm?

Oh not at all, IMHO only the new 4k master is better at all the rest use the same masters
