If you A/B the second one, you can definitely see a difference in the blue light. To my eye, the US looks better, but not significantly. On the first one, the US screenshot looks a little less green.

I see where you're coming from with those shots, and I had no idea the ratio on the US version was incorrect. Here's one where I think the US version looks better, I found a few others like this:
