Looking at the updated year of dragon caps. Where do you see "better PQ" on Koch? I see a very very very small difference in grainstructure but even on closest detail in PNG I can't say which is better.

To me it looks like the DE disc just has slightly better compression. Honestly, if someone ordered either one they'd be fine. However, the DE release does have English subs while the FR does not.

Not sure if anyone cares, but the DE release of Kinjite is in stereo. The US is mono.

There is an AU release of Muriel's Wedding that's 1080/50i, but has audio commentary and extras.

Right, but have you seen caps comparing both? Bitrates have little to do with PQ often times.

Appreciate the thread as I've used it many times over the years. However, I recently picked up the German sets of Sherlock: Season 1 and 2 and would like to point something out. Although English subs exist, the episodes display the numerous on-screen text-messages between the various characters in German, which makes the discs hard to watch if you do not know the language.
