There is a US "Blame It on Rio" BD by Kino with, as far as I can tell, less film grain (which is a bad thing) and more red shift then the UK edition.

Maybe I am confused but does "N/A" mean "not available" in the usa or something else?

Cause there are two usa BD editions of Brewster's Millions, which of all editions is better I do not know.

Yes, it means Not Available. Brewster's Millions should be removed.

Also there is a shout Candyman edition which, going by the only same scene caps I could find, looks almost identical to the Arrow edition.

The UHDs all use the same master with the only real difference being dub and sub options.

Done. It appears the DE and UK disc come from the same scan.

Yes, but the DE has higher video bitrate, which is more important than audio bitrate.
