![]() They erased a book (presumably the Koran) and some prayer beads from the head terrorist's hand in one scene and in another changed a reference to "all Islam" to "all our friends". Lightweight but cowardly nonetheless, there's far worse out there - even by Warner itself - but this castration has never been "fixed". ![]() ![]() http://www.movie-censorship.com/report.php?ID=2965833 |

Yeah, the Blu-Ray omits the Koran from the bomber's hand, another reference to the Koran (when Hassan is talking to Halle Berry's character), and the prayer rug shot, but I believe all the dialogue is intact. HOWEVER, there was a version airing on television that dubbed over ALL the references to Islam and Allah. You can read about the changes in my post from last September: https://forum.blu-ray.com/showpost.p...&postcount=159 |

image.jpg The U.S, UK and Australian discs are sourced from the same master. I received the UK version today, and compared the first few minutes of each. The contrast on the UK disc actually appeared to be slightly boosted compared to the others as well. |

Yes, the UK release has all the US extras plus 4 additional featurettes.

fwiw, I was looking over the extras from the 3-DVD collection, and the additional extras from the UK BD are also found in that set. Only "Scribble to Script" doesn't match up to the DVD specs, but I'd bet it's on there in some shape or form, especially since the DVD seems to have exclusive extras of its own. So if you already have the DVDs, you can stick with the US BD.
