Wow, I'm jealous! How did it look ? I own 2 copies of it on VHS. I'm still trying to wait it out on Blu-ray ( or even a proper DVD ). I won't give up hope.

Hey guys! I've just entered to the "criterion club". I always wanted to own some criterion BD's, but that stupid region lock thing prevented me from collecting them...but I'm getting a region A player now, so the fun starts!

My first Criterion titles are: Paris, Texas; Seventh Seal; Revanche; Still Walking; Gomorrah. I'm loving them

I own a crappy version too, but the HD looked great. It was on last summer. If you have MGM HD, search and see if it's on again.

I'm sorry, but "clubs" are for losers and persons that cannot find it fit to stand on their own in society. The only club worth ever being a part of is the 4-H Club. Carry on.

Yes, the more Chaplin the better. I mean to pick up Modern Times by then, but I feel I may just end up getting them together.

Have we forgotten the commendable, but nearly-impossible to join, "mile-high club"?

No, but I did forget the Nazis. They had a pretty cool club.

I think that was the least important part of my comment, but oh well, if you are that sensitive I will never use the word "club" again, I promise.

I'm just happy that I belong to the Criterion Blu-ray owners (no club, no community, no anything, just being happy that I finally own them. Just like you and many other people here). It's a pretty big thing for me, since it's pretty costly to import them from the US to Hungary, not to mention the region lock, but I love many movies from Criterion Collection so much, I couldnt't live without them. That's all.

And tonight we watched Olivier Assayas’s Summer Hours, which was a recent blind buy. So glad I bought it. A beautiful film and highly recommended by me and my wife

If we're on the subject of Criterion films enjoyed by wives, my wife liked Antichrist, The Darjeeling Limited, Revanche, and Paris Texas quite a bit.
