Outside of that sale, you'll also find coupons for many of the Criterion titles that are also price-matching (and even beating) Target's sale prices.

That's a good mindset to have and I feel like I'm pretty much at that point. This way it's easier to not get disappointed. Still, I'm not going to lie that every month a tiny part of me hopes they finally release Hunter in the Dark, but even that tiny part of me has nearly given up.

The 4K master has that color grade, so unless they re-color the whole film, it will be the same (if they release it).

The best part is that it was never officially announced, and the guy who "leaked" it on a podcast also said Criterion was releasing Welles' Other Side of the Wind, which has also yet to materialize and was also never a "done deal" like the leaker claimed.

Unfortunately Amazon just price-matches Target and continually cycles through the B2G1 sale items and offering coupons, so you'd have to check a few times a day. You could just leave some item pages open and refresh them when you can. If you just use the main search with "criterion blu ray" you'll get a lot, but scroll through and you should see the offers on some.
