How about damaged shrink wrap, crooked stickers, or .001 of an inch difference in width of pages in booklets?

I'll tell ya what, we do get a lot of complaints about the placement of the spine number, and how they are slightly off on some releases.

I actually visited NYC over the summer and walked to the front of the office. It was a Saturday and nobody was home, but I snapped a photo of it and posted it to CC's fb page and asked if anyone could name the place in the photo.

All of these so-called rabid fans had no idea.

I know I know...nobody believes me, but its there

EDIT: There is no release date for it yet, and it only came up on the "sort by spine" option so far...

Agreed. I've emailed him twice now to replace a booklet and to replace artwork and he's gotten back to me in a day or two at most. Wish all customer service was that good.

uhh simply calling Karen is the easiest way to get the best service in the world.

btw: the main problem I have with the bd releases is the paper insert being too high or low, and unfortunately the cases have these evil nubs that will slice the paper when that happens if the insert goes far enough in either direction. It happens a lot unfortunately. Other than that issue I don't see too many other problems with any of the dvds or bds I have gotten.

Actually, I own CALIFORNIA SPLIT on DVD and IMAGES is also on DVD. HEALTH you are correct about though my local video store rents a Fox Movie Channel recorded version on DVD-R and VHS. CRITERION needs to put out IMAGES and HEALTH at least...

CC needs to get the rights to MASH, I would double dip that one on blu (easliy Altmans best film, no one can argue w/ that!)

Heck I would be stoked if Criterion could get the rights to the 3 hour director's cut of Popeye!

The Delinquents would be cool too!
