They should follow Eureka Entertainment's example and up their game. I mean Eureka Ent. is a smaller company and they offer free worldwide shipping.
Some really go the extra mile, others not so much...
Yeah, this is so frustrating for me... one time they were having a sale, I loaded up my cart with a few hundred dollars worth before I found out they don't ship outside of the USA.

They don't really have more to lose there, they just simply don't have the need to do it and so they don't.

You can have my coupon if you don't hear from them. I don't see me being able to use it any time soon.
I'd be happy to take that coupon off your hands if you're not going to use it.

You guys mean the $10? It's not a coupon, it's credit already placed into your account... kind of like if you have already redeemed a gift-certificate.

Alas. I just set up an account and made a wish list, but I can't imagine my account would be credited at this point.

I doubt it's you personally.

It's probably you and your ilk

Even worse...if you live in a rural Canadian locale with no street delivery, only a P.O. Box, then they won't ship...period.

Oh well, any savings would be negated by the exhorbitant International shipping anyway, so thanks, but no thanks Criterion.

If anyone is ordering only 2 movies, you have to pay shipping with this 50% off sale. However, if you also purchase a $10 gift certificate for yourself, you get to use the $10 later and you pay no shipping cost.

I may try this on my last 2 Feb. titles I have yet to order, Tiny Furniture and Vanya on 42nd Street. Last 50% off sale, the 2 titles that were close to the release date were officially "in-stock" and counted as part of the sale (3 Women and My Life as a Dog).

Happy shopping tomorrow!!

I should have $20 since I already exchanged 'White' and the credit has been there for 10 days, but I only show $10 even though I got the email. I sent them an email, but I don't normally get replies very quickly so I don't expect to see one in time to use the $10 tomorrow

Your $10 for the exchange of White should have come in the form of a gift certificate, sent via email. The $10 credit is for V-Day.

It's about that time for another Kurosawa...

"Ikiru" would do just fine.

Good, I like that. Not one to care much on packaging since the movie is what I really care about but some of their parkaging ideas on some releases in recent months have just been shall we say, less than good.

Well they ship here in Canada but the shipping fees are crazy. Even with sales it just never worth it for me to order from them direct.

Amazon as shipped Three Outlaws even if I had place the pre-order along with Wold On A Wire. I always pick the option to ship everything together to save money so it's nice of them to actually send it in advance anyway. They have done so a few times. WOn't have to wait a extra week for it.

Just log into your account. I didn't receive an e-mail, but I have a 10 dollar credit I can't use, being Canadian and all. It's very thoughtful, but it's really not saving me a heck of a lot of cash.
