PURPLE NOON! Yes! I have been waiting for this title forever. The DVD was a Non-Anamorphic transfer that was awful. May not be the Alain Delon everyone wanted but I am happy.

Purple Noon saved an otherwise boring month for me. Brazil is a big maybe, many more titles I need to get before that one. Qatsi Trilogy isn't doing a lot for me (Love Philip Glass but I already have the songs from the films as standalones) and Following is a definite NO go. With so many requested titles released at once we should be off to a fresh start with 2013.

YES!

BRAZIL AND FOLLOWING!

I don't own either of those films, and I heard Following is great.

Pretty darn good line-up. Following is a very pleasant surprise.

Okay, nothing to get too excited about but not bad either.

I could have lived without Brazil but I've been holding off on the Universal so I'll probably pick that up next July. Purple Moon looks like a definite and Following is solidly in 'depends on how many coupons I can use' territory. Qatsi...eh, I'm not ruling them out but they don't really seem like my thing.

Good thing I stopped getting too worked up over their upcoming releases. Absolutely nothing I want for the umpteenth straight month.
They have titles in their possession and are just sitting on them so they can release movies by some director (Qatsi ???? ) that only a certain core audience is familiar with while many fans know nothing of this person and are going who ?????, a film called Following that maybe the die hard Nolan fans might or might not know about...
Purple Noon ???? ooooh kayyyyy
Brazil is a hit or miss from what I read on reviews, but it is a big name movie. Anyway Im happy for those that have wanted these films..

Oh well, I guess they are saving their best sellers for 2013...and I mean movies with Hitchcock , Bogart, Brando and genre films

Such is life. Saving money

Is "The Qatsi Trilogy" comprised of American films or foreign films?

It sounds interesting regardless.
