The extras for Watership Down don't look exhaustive but still looks like there's some good stuff there, I'm happy regardless. The only disappointment would be the absence of The Plague Dogs but it's minor because that never appeared to be a part of the deal, and people were throwing that together with WD like it was gonna happen.

Wow, it's great to see another animated title in the Criterion library, and the first from them that is debuting on Blu-ray! (since Fantastic Mr. Fox already was released)

At long last, we get more Ozu. That alone is enough to make this month worthwhile for me. Adding one of the most atmospheric horror films I've ever seen isn't bad, either.

Not sure if I want to relive my childhood nightmares with Watership Down.

No The Man Who Fell To Earth.

Was rumoured to be Feb, someone claimed their husband worked on it and was due Feb, I am happy haha!

I spent a lot on it (I know there are equal transfer son cheap releases lol) but glad it wasn't wasted yet...

That version is out of print, and there were rumors it was coming back in print. I have my doubts though.

I think this month had 2 titles that came from newsletter hints. Not sure if that's happened before.

Just saw that Don't Look Now is announced! Holy CRAP! This month rocks! Loving that art as well. This is more like it! 2 for 7 on my wish list and I thought none of them would be announced.

Awesome month of releases. surprised Criterion couldn't get that UK commentary for Don't Look Now but that is the reason to hang onto the UK BLU for sure. Watership Down is just a dream BLU Ray I can't wait. :-)

Wow, Watership Down has me inordinately excited. I love that movie and have always wanted a good release of it, and now I'm going to get the best release imaginable! Guillermo Del Toro is my favorite interview subject ever and I love that he's going to be talking about it on there.

EDIT: Oh man, don't look now!!! I am preordering both of these, and I almost never do that with Criterions.

OK, glad I kept my expectations low. I may pick up Don't Look Now during the next sale, but for now, I'm much more excited about picking up It Happened One Night tomorrow.
