As others have said "Welcome Back" and don't let a bad apple or two chase you away. I dare say those same people would never attempt to do the type of work you're doing. Good Luck to you in your new job and don't be a stranger here.

I think if it's a new interview with Costa-Gavras it's for State of Siege; there was a rumor I read somewhere it and The Confession were to be released the same month at some point but a rights snafu occurred with the former indefinitely delaying both.

Ideally a box set of Z/Confession/State of Siege of course.

She must not be popular with her colleagues. The nominees in most of the Oscar categories are nominated by Academy members who work in those disciplines. Director nominees are nominated by directors, writer nominees are nominated by writers, actor nominees (all four categories) are nominated by actors, and so on. Best Picture nominees are nominated by everyone, and in some categories (like Best Foreign Language Film, Best Documentary Film, and the short films categories) the nominations are made by a panel.

A PT Anderson phantom page? Narrows it down a bit if discounting WB titles, as they have Boogie Nights, Magnolia, There Will Be Blood, and Inherent Vice. That leaves us with two Sonys (Hard Eight and Punch-Drunk Love) and a TWC (The Master). I would say that the Sony titles are the most likely, even before factoring in the studios involved.

Magnolia would make a great double feature with Altman's Short cuts.
