As would I.

(btw: Are you aware of the German region-free release of Ghost World? All of the extras (almost entirely interviews with the cast/crew) are in English with the exception of the trailer.)

I have a 3' tall stuffed Totoro that my cats like to sleep with. It's adorable. There are worse things to look like.

Thanks for the info, no I wasn't aware of that. I could buy it now and still hope for a possible CC release I guess.

if the movie sucks, it won't actually prove anything.

So it's not a Criterion title (although I'd love to see what they'd do with it), but I bought a copy of Bronson at B&N the other day, and was absolutely blown away by Tom Hardy's performance ... mesmerizing. Just as I think that Hunger would not have been as remarkable a film without Michael Fassbender's tour-de-force interpretation of Bobby Sands, I can't imagine another actor who could have pulled off Bronson the way that Hardy did.

Back to hitting "refresh" ...

Unedited as far as I know, and about halfway in they throw in a couple minutes of commercials.

Watching and hearing Harriet Anderson's performance reminded me of scenes from The Exorcist, they were so similar. I'm sure Friedkin saw the film prior to directing the movie since it came out a year later. It would make a great double bill.
