That sounds like the opening to a script for a biopic simply titled, Mulvaney.

This seems like one of those early 90's trashy thrillers about an obsessed person threatening the live of another person if they don't do something that they want. I'm not saying that this is a bad thing, but it will be damned entertaining. Haha, I like that. The title could be something like "Total Exposure". Too bad Don LaFontaine's not around any longer to do the voiceover for the trailer.

There are also recent photos on Instagram of Amy Heckerling and Terence Davies being in person with Criterion crew, if anybody wants to guess which movies they might be releasing of them.
