The Saragossa Manuscript immediately came to my mind when I saw the clue, mostly because of the storytelling bubble and the type of clothes, but then I saw the sandwich and realized that it probably wasn't the case. At least I have the Mr Bongo Blu-ray of it.

Wasn't a big fan of The Philadelphia Story when I saw it. It's suitable as entertainment in the absence of anything else, but I won't be buying it.

Of all the swanky French gangster classics of the 50ss/60s, Touchez Pas Au Grisbi is easily my favorite. Has there ever been a scene as cool as two tough guys coming back to heat and crackers pate before before performing pre-bed rituals after absconding from the bad guys?

Wasn't a fan of Elevator to the Gallows at all, despite high hopes. Pretty goofy movie IMO.

And The Philadelphia Story is in the upper echelon of personal favorites.

It doesn't connect to the movie's plot or anything, it spells the movie's title out. Ben Franklin is the embodiment of Philadelphia, and holding a Philly Cheese Steak just reinforces that. He's telling a Story.

Combine the two, and you have The Philadelphia Story.

It's also not the best drawing of Franklin to be fair. He lacks the rotundness we associate with him, and his face is rather elongated, and gaunt. He almost looks closer to Viggo from Ghostbusters II than he does Ben Franklin

I've enjoyed watching Jeanne Moreau in Touchez Pas au Grisbi (1954), Elevator to the Gallows (1958), The Lovers (1958), La Notte (1961), Jules and Jim (1962), The Fire Within (1963), The Train (1964), Viva Maria! (1965), The Bride Wore Black (1968), and La Femme Nikita (1990).
My four favorite films starring Moreau are Touchez Pas au Grisbi ("Hands off the Loot"), which is a cool-as-ice French gangster film, Elevator to the Gallows, which is a superb French film noir with an amazing Miles Davis score, The Bride Wore Black, which was the inspiration for Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill movies, and La Femme Nikita, which was one of the first foreign films that I saw many years ago.
I've only scratched the surface of her filmography, but she is pretty amazing in all of her movies that I've seen.

I've had a "movie crush" on Jeanne Moreau ever since I was a kid. A beautiful woman but first and foremost a talented actor. Anything she was in was worth watching.
