I saw a pirated copy, didn't have the alien subtitles though.
It's pretty decent, I want to watch it again...but not sure if it's buy worthy.

Definitely worth a blind buy unless you're south african. Then, you might not like it. Out of everyone I know who saw it, the only ones that didn't were South African... apartide, etc.

Having the same producer and director as the proposed Halo movie doesn't make it "the start of being a Halo movie".
