I heard many great things about this movie but was disappointed in the film. Got it through Sony rewards and was glad I did not pay for it. Okay to watch once but not a rewatchable film for me at all.

As a new poster I hate making requests like this but if someone has a slipcase for this that they don't want I'd be happy to send a couple bucks for it. I finally got a PS3 and this is was my most anticipated buy but I couldn't find a copy with a slipcase at my local Best Buy.

I read in another thread that tons of people don't care for them and even throw them away, so if you fit into that category you could make me a very happy guy and hook me up.

Also, this bluray did not disappoint. I could watch this movie an endless number of times.

Edit: I just noticed the buy/sell/trade forum, sorry if this is considered spam. A worthy bump though, great movie!

But sadly, my copy of District 9 was without a slipcover as well.

Ah, well thanks for the thought anyway. I'm thinking I should probably plan to do the same, little inconsistencies bother me and I don't want to be shelling out extra cash for slipcover cases every time I buy a new film.

I would have happily done so for you since I also RECYCLE slipcovers. However, in this case I have to say that my STEELBOOK EDITIONS don't come with slipcovers!

I think the District 9 slip is very nice with the embossing. D 9 also has an exclusive slipcover from Best Buy.

I have the FS steelbook and the BB release with the MNU vest.
