Stinking walmart made me comeback this morning to get mine instead of selling it to me at midnight. A lot of other people were pissed by it too.

On a PS3, the disk shows under the video and game sections. Game section loads the game obviously and the video section has the videos of making of the game etc..

You have to copy the demo from the disk, and the video plays at the end of the demo.

On another note, is anyone having trouble with the digital copy for PSP not working?

This must be quite the movie - I just called both Best Buy's in my area - both are sold out of the spec ed w vest slip cover and one of them only has 1 copy of the movie on blu ray left

A best buy employee said she had a conference call with corp this morning, and they said District 9 would be a monster seller on dvd/blu-ray this week...

I was out shopping with my family as they tried to find things for me...I pointed and "BAM" it's under the tree.

FYI - iTunes digital copy size of District 9 is 1.64 GB

My local Target had over 10+ copies, and Target is known not to get tons and tons of copies like other retailers.

When I picked mine up at Walmart earlier they only had 4 copies left in the entire store.

I just finished watching this and im very happy i didnt blind buy this... please save your money and rent this first.. its definitly not for everyone

Can anyone tell me how exactly the God Of War III demo included on the Blu-ray works? Does the Blu-ray disc need to be in the PS3? Does it activate a "one time only" download of the demo file? Or, does it install the demo straight off of the disc?

The reason I ask is because I'm travelling for the holidays and am nowhere near my PS3. However, my brother and best friend both have PS3s and I'd love to share this demo with them via the District 9 BD if it's possible to do so.

Just rented a copy from Blockbuster and I'm not seeing any options in the XMB or disc menu to play the GOW3 demo. I'm assuming that it isn't included in the rental copies, but I wanted to ask here and make sure. Does anyone with a Blockbuster copy have the demo on their disc?

Picked up District 9 for $16.08 at Target. As soon I as walking out of the theater, I knew I was getting this on Blu. This movie was made for Blu-ray. Or is it the other way around?

odd, the PSP digital copy (which is finally working) is about 200mb bigger. it clocks in at 1.85gb

it copies off of the blu-ray disc. I would assume you could copy it off multiple times, but I make that assumption based on nothing

I loved it. Best best blind buy of this year. I loved the atmosphere of the film. Good story too. It had more cultural values than Avatar did.
