I know it's not a movie, but I feel it's still the best place to ask, is that Netflix/BBC 'Dracula' mini-series 4K, or just 1080p/HDR like some of the other content that Netflix gets second-hand?

Available in 4K on the UK BBC iPlayer.
Available in 4K on Netflix with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision.

There hasn’t been an announcement by the studio about 4K UHD releases for these movies.

Just rumors about Fall 2020 release. Still unsubstantiated. There’s an entire 20 page thread in this section about possible LOTR’s release.

Nope, the fun waiting game if Fox were still a thing would have been which came out first...the James ( "I'm gonna make 5 sequels next...10 years later nothing still") Cameron...toooo busy to do anything but blue cat people lol.
Or the vastly inferior Alien 3&4. Now that Disney has it and is intent on a revisionist remake, you can bet 3&4 are permanently mothballed and while they have the cash to do Aliens justice, Disney will likely wait for Cameron to finish his Avatar franchise...so a realistic time of arrival would be sometime after Tool release two more albums...if my math is correct
