I wouldn’t expect the same input to occur in the future.
Could you elaborate on this please, Penton? Does this mean that the insiders might not bother explaining in future? Or something else? Thanks.

Isn't Penton the character "The Zohan" is based off of?

And even if you were/are, I don't think anyone of us would expect you to admit to that.........

Sorry, I'm watching "JFK" presently.

Don't forget to take this in context....It was in reference to another site, not this one. Penton keeps reminding us that this site is quickly becoming THE place to be for the decision makers to check out (as well as the general public). We just need to continue about our business of making sure blu-ray is everything it has the capability of being.

I've been accused more than once

I'll be happy to make it true though, studios?

Hey Penton (or Max or Wicky),

Dont you think its time that the BDA updated their website to show that Paramount and Universal are now supporting the format? I didnt see either of their logos on the main page.

I think they need to be shown a little love, regardless of past sins.

I think that's at the bottom of everyone's list of priorities when it comes to Uni and Paramount

Wow PM-- it's heartwarming that you think of surgeons in this light.

Truly.

Cheers mate.

Don’t even get me started on Michael DeBakey , as my Dad (recently passed) trained under him in Houston.

Plus, I think I’ve been watching too much of Grey’s Anatomy recently.

It's been little while now, it just feels recently because I miss him.
He's buried in Arlington National Cemetery with my Mom (an Army nurse wounded taking care of soldiers in...............well, that's a story for another time and another place).

Speaking of surgeries and such, I would like to give you all a special heads-up to this forum member (divedude)…………………….
https://forum.blu-ray.com/showpost.p...78&postcount=4

He is currently undergoing a round a chemo for esophageal ?sp. cancer soon to be followed by a very complicated surgical procedure in the Dallas area I believe.

So, if you happen to see this expert level diver dude on any of our threads meandering around…….. please let him know that he is in your thoughts and prayers.

Ah, one of the legends. He and Cooley are probably the two best known CT surgeons. I'm sure your dad (as well as your mom) had stories to tell. CT can be rough on the family life.

Sorry for your loss; your folks sound like cool peeps. Good to see the apple didn't fall far from the trees.
