I just meant that there should be an additional nail in coffin that is forthcoming. The *business decision* has been made, I’m just uncertain of the timing for the announcement.

Thought all the good news that has been coming out for the red team has been on mondays lately?

I am just happy with all the press releases that have been supporting our team.

By the way, I first expected a studio and Penton said it wasn't a studio. So then I was thinking "wal mart".

Didn't expect the "mercy rule" comment to hold so true.

I think he said, not a big studio. that is all. it might be small studios or maybe retailer.

I guess if it's Toshiba, then that would be the NAIL in the coffin!

I'm thinking it would be the scattering of the ashes, or the putting of the flowers by the tombstone.

I think I finally figured out what MC stands for, Mia Culpa. As in Toshiba's.

Penton,

Any truth to the Hollywood Reporter article that Toshiba will be dropping HD-DVD in the coming weeks? I noticed they first backed up HD-DVD in their response - THEN...said they will continue to look at the market and keep options open...

Toshiba dropping HD DVD wouldn't be "an additional nail in the coffin". It would more be planting the grass seeds on the burial site.
