Yeah I got it from gruv myself. Came to less than $80 after the new email discount. That’s great for 6 (arguably 8) films in 4K. For that price, I don’t need to wait.

Funny how the first half, generally considered the best, is regulated to BD-66, while the generally weaker second half is given BD-100 disks

Considering 4 and 6 have two cuts on them each, a BD-100 each is the very least they could do.

I got the first 4 movies in 4K on iTunes for like $3.99 each.

A 6-film set is mighty tempting though...and that $87 CAD price tag ain't bad at all.

Me too! I might get the 6 flim set though because I'm not sure if the iTunes versions will ever get fixed like they did for the UHD's.

So, Arvi Licensing, Spain distributor/licensor of Warner/MGM has announced today some details on the Rocky Knockout Collection in Spain, coming July 26.

It's confirmed it'll have both 4K and Blu-ray discs, a la Star Trek Paramount, that means, one slipbox with two amaray cases, one for UHD, one for BD. Not too bad if you ask me, although not as handy, it is much better for space, and jumbo boxes always end up being too flimsy.

The downside is that we will miss the bonus disc that the last set had.. now.... is it a complete loss? All of the special features that were on the disc are on the original BD discs included on this set, not to mention some of them were even MISSING on it and were on the original Fox/MGM disc. And the Rocky vs Draco documentary is free on Youtube and complete.. is it much of a loss?

What I do wonder is, if we miss any other special feature, since I do remember other boxsets of the series having exclusive bonus discs.

Just checked - seems to me, the only thing missing is trailers for movies 2 to 6. I love those, but I suppose I can live without them.

Sorry. I assumed that would be on the blu-ray for this set as well, since they're included. That's on the 2014 version: http://www.dvdcompare.net/comparison....php?fid=10379

I know. What I was saying is that the ''bonus disc'' for the 4K only set for Rocky 1 to 4 didn't have *all* of the features. That is why, for long, was so keen on getting a box set that had the Blu-rays. The steel, of course, had the 2014 Blu ray next to the 4K.

Besides those, it's also missing the sets of trailers for all movies.
