I wish this would come to blu ray. Still holding on to my DVD from Hollywood Video circa 2007. Grandma's Boy is better than most Happy Gilmore productions that have long since had blu ray releases.

Looks like this is getting a German release this year. No official date yet being reported probably July. Hopefully, as I have a real soft spot for this movie.

That’s better than nothing. With that happening maybe an American release will happen in a couple of years. My DVD’s been good enough for that long.

I doubt we'll see a US release with Disney now owning the rights (it was a 20th Century Fox film).

Came here because I was thinking about this movie and wondering why I never picked it up on dvd or blu-ray. I am shocked that it never got a blu-ray release at all. Guess it's time to look for the dvd then.

It did get a Blu-ray release in Germany and its region free.

This was one of my go to Blockbuster rentals back in the day, crazy it doesn't have an HD disc.

I went to a test screening of this on my college campus before the movie came out.

Then when it came out on DVD, I remember Grandma's Boy and Waiting... being played constantly all throughout the dorm, over and over. I must have seen both dozens of times back then, but I haven't seen either since.

I've still got my DVDs of those, maybe it's time to dust them off for a revisit?

Bootleg there’s a German Blu-ray that region free.
