How many of the original main characters will be alive after the series finale?

Walt, Jesse, Skylar, Hank, Marie, Walt Jr.

Do you think it will be a bloodbath? Or will most/all of them live?

I think walt, skylar, and walt jr live....everyone else dies IMO

Walter Sr. will die for sure. I hope Skyler(annoying biatch) dies too.

My death list:

[Show spoiler]Hank - pretty obvious he'll get killed off.
Skylar - she had her chance to escape and came back so she'll have to be punished in some way.
Jesse - he will probably be the final fatality.

I think in the end Walt will limp out alive, I think it'll be too much of a cop out if he gets killed off, after all we've seen him go through the entire show with a bit of a death wish.

I'm not sure,I think the cancer might catch up with Walt in the end though I do hope him and Jesse survive.

I don't think I've ever been as upset as a I will be because of a characters death if Jesse dies, especially if it's at the hands of Walt.

Well the big

[Show spoiler]machine gun seems to imply it's going to end with a big Kamikazi mission, which I think would make it more ironic he comes out the other side still breathing.

But her chance to escape meant abandoning her son, right? I don't think she deserves to be punished for choosing not to do that. I think she is one of the most sympathetic characters on the show- far from perfect, but she has remained true to her main value, which is protecting her children. I think the main reason she didn't turn Walt in when she first found out is b/c she knew how much it would hurt them.

Jesse's path has been the mirror image of Walt's; he's gone from being a wanna-be-bad-ass junkie to a (more or less) sober victim of his past poor choices who has done his best to minimize, even repair the damage he's done. When he had a chance to get out, he took it, even though it meant giving up all that money- or at least he thought at the time. And he's been loyal to a fault, even when that loyalty has not been deserved. He's gone from scummy to a real human being.

When Walt was faced with death, he chose to break bad and continued in that bad path despite repeated evidence that he had made a bad choice, to where he now revels in his badness. When Jesse was faced w/ death (Jane's), he began to break back- even if it was a 2 steps forward 1 step back type of deal. I hope he makes it all the way back- would hate to see him die.

[Show spoiler]That flash-forward scene does imply a big shootout at the end; however, the previous flash-forwards (in season 2) were a bit of a red herring, so I wouldn't be surprised if that scene was a misdirection like this series is famous for.

It's fun speculating, but one of the great things about this series is how unpredictable it is. Almost anything could happen, but it will assuredly be good drama. Gilligan might even do the predicable- e.g. Walt ends up in prison- b/c at this point the predictable would be unpredictable for this series. Whatever it is, I feel confident it will be good. Really looking forward to the denouement.
