Tonight was a filler episode...which really is unacceptable when we only have 8 to go. Still some great moments, but overall, the weakest of the 4 aired so far. I am re-watching it to see if my thoughts change after the 2nd viewing.

I love the way the show is shot, and the soundtrack. That is always fantastic. I loved the scene in the opening when Walt is coming out of the house in between the bushes...and then hearing the dinging of the car and the kids on the bicycles as they zoom by.

Also, I am beyond annoyed that

[Show spoiler]Jesse and Hank are teaming up. I hate it. I almost thought for a second that when Hank/Jesse were talking and Hank was telling Jesse that Hank cares about him (see! told you guys!) that Jesse was going to end up eventually realizing it. I almost thought that Jesse was going to give a secret signal to Walt that Hank had a wire on him or something, but nope, Jesse is still (understandably) pissed. I just wish he wasn't working with Hank. However, I did enjoy the scenes of him sleeping at Hank's house and the interactions with Marie. Marie had some great moments tonight.

I'm just going to keep posting lol... The scene when

[Show spoiler]Walt is pouring gas on his clothes/in the car is great. The music is perfect for it. And him deciding where to put the gas can is just perfect. It is the little things like this that make the show sensational even when it is a bit slow moving. There were a lot of good moments tonight, but I think it really lacked the big punch moments that episode 1 and 3 had. 2 didn't have anything that big, but it was probably a bit better than 4 due to the ending scene. The ending scene of 4 was basically what I would have expected to happen.

This next month I am not looking at any comments on any YouTube videos for BB related things, not searching the show on Twitter, no Google searches about the show, no looking at Facebook comments from AMC official postings (see why below) and I am not clicking anything period in this thread with a spoiler warning for safety lol. I will only post spoiler tags when I am discussing episodes already aired, so no one has to worry about me saying anything because I won't find out anything. Although I am still upset about reading the end game for the show someone posted on a Facebook comment page and each week I say "Yup, it was true" then last week "Nevermind"... now after this week I think the theory could be back in play. But who knows. End rant

The scene where Walt is

[Show spoiler]lying to Walt JR and Skyler is so repetitve (in terms of Walt doing it on the show) but still the show finds a way to make it interesting and different. I liked Walt Jr. bringing up the cancer again for a different spin.

I loved the scene in the parking lot with Saul.

So many awesome camera angles in this episode. Just awesome.

Loved the hotel setting. Very cool in these final episodes to see some different settings for the characters to be in. Skylar was pissed. Incredible acting and scene from her.

It was a perfectly acceptable, good episode. I just expected a little more after that amazing hour last week as well as the incredible cliffhanger. Basically everything that happened tonight was a bait and switch. I REALLY wanted Jesse to actually talk to Walt face to face at the end, but I knew they wouldn't give that to us because it'll mean more later on to save it.

I can't wait for the upcoming 4 that are left. I simply can't shake the feeling of disappointment right now, but it's all going to work out once BrBa closes up shop!
