This is how I think the show will end.

[Show spoiler]In next week's episode, Walt arrives to the Granite State (New Hampshire) to get away from everything in Arizona. Jesse will be killed and Uncle Jack and co. will call Walt and tell him the job is done. They ask him to cook for him and he declines. They kidnap / kill his family.

In the finale, it'll pick up right where the start of "Blood Money" ended. Walt will be help bent on revenge and will do whatever it takes.

I'm not sure the time gap, but I do know that the events take place a year later, so I'm not sure...ugh...why is this so difficult!?

This.

That's why I wrote what I did in the spoiler. It seems so unrealistic and far fetched but I'm just hoping somehow.

Wow...

[Show spoiler]It really looked like Jesse was a goner. When Walt gave Jack the nod, I was holding my breath.

And I was terrified that Walt was going to stab Skyler in front of Junior during the knife wrestling scene. I was saying aloud "Don't do it!" I think he well might have done it, were it not for Junior intervening.

And there's just no coming back for Walt and Jesse at this point. Not after the "Jane" bomb.

But all of these characters are where they are because of their own bad decisions (except maybe Junior). Skyler was the one who decided to stand by her man, even when Hank was closing in; Jesse could have gotten away with a new life, but decided to become an informant instead; Hank went all vigilante on Walt, rather than go through the proper police channels; and Walt, of course, is majorly reaping what he has sowed.

It's so hard to watch Walt at the beginning of all of this. Yes, his original decision to start cooking meth in order to leave his family some money was a terrible one, but it's so sad to see those original "good" intentions deteriorate into this

Just some side notes: Aaron Paul really couldn't pull off the "back then" Jesse in the opening flashback. He has aged too much or something.

Also, Walt told Skyler on the phone that he warned her for a year never to cross him, or there would be consequences. I don't remember him ever speaking to Skyler in such a threatening manner before. Tonight was the first time that he ever really did.

So Walt went to New Hampshire and just about everyone else to Belize.

Please tell me that
[Show spoiler]the phone conversation didn't go over your head... And there was simply NO WAY that Walt was stabbing Skylar lol. But I do agree with you, to a point, in regards to the Walt-Jesse relationship. There is no coming back. Well, at least for Jesse I don't think. I can definitely see Walt dying because of/for Jesse. When it boils down to it, Walt has a heart. I could see him dying to save Jesse.

The whole point of the scene to me was
[Show spoiler] Walt freeing Skyler from any responsibilities, he would never talk to her like that I agree with you, and right after that he breaks the phone and leaves Holly with the firemen... the call seemed like he was trying for her to understand everything was done by him...

I think Walt Jr had more lines this episode than all the others combined. Now would they please stop with the "Flynn" crap? Seriously... what's the point of that?

A bunch of people go by their middle name. I don't see anything wrong with it. I doubt he'll want to be called walt jr. after what happened tonight

Problem is, Flynn isn't his middle name... He gave himself that nickname in season 2. And I agree, such a stupid name. Im guessing that was the nickname of one of the writers/producers growing up or something.

Well it wouldn't necessarily been an
[Show spoiler]"intentional" stab. I just was thinking in the heat of the moment, even by accident, it could happen. And yeah, it took me some time, and yes, I feel like a dummy, but I see what Walt was doing now with the phone call. It's good to see that his dedication to family remains intact, no matter how much he is despised by them. It's so sad how all of this has blown up in his face though.

Ah ok, not sure why I thought it was his middle name for some reason lol. Yea, that's a pretty stupid nickname.

yep wasn't expecting him to say this esp at that exact moment... this episode completes Walt's transformation into Tony Montana...

I just now noticed that Rian Johnson directed this episode. It was definitely my favorite episode so far this season.

I think the stray dog represents Walter's current situation. He has no family and home. He's lost
