You guys have added some really talented players to your roster. Might be able to push for a playoff spot.

I can only hope that DEN now signs Kaep and not Fitzy.

I see the RB market is rebounding nicely this year.

Indeed, he is. There's that Shannahan connection there too.

Pissed we lost Snacks, but it was pretty much inevitable and at least it's to an NFC team even if it is the NYG.

Ugh.

Texans get Osweiler and Miller. Ridiculous.

Osweiler probably felt betrayed like a baby when they went with Peyton down the stretch, but I think he made an AWFUL decision leaving Denver.

Texans overpaid for Osweiler big time! Some of the contract numbers are out

Lions - Jones 5/40 17 Guaranteed -- Calvin was a 24.5 million dollar cap hit before retirement so nice job

Miller 4/26 -- STEAL by the Texans here
Martin 5/35 - Bucs were smart Martin is good
Osweler 4/72 -- Texans I think overpaid here

No numbers on the Forte deal yet in Jets land

I think this is a large part of why he left Denver.

Rumor has it that it was apparent to Elway last week that Osweiller didn't wanna be there.

Anyway, it sounds like some sour grapes here. Would you have said the same thing if he went to a team outside your division? These guys realize that this is a business and that their time in the league is never guaranteed...it could all end on the next snap. While there are a bunch of guys that are extremely competitive and will take less money to win, the majority of them realize it's a job/career and are trying to provide for their families. You can't fault them for that.

Sheesh, Texans are actully going to pay a guy with only one decent but not great year $18 mill a year?! The guy could become really good but that's a big gamble.

Not sure how I feel about grey beard toting the rock for us. Need to see the numbers though I hear it might be 2 million less annually than what the Jags paid for Ivory.

Not even a year, he played half a season. The Texans QB situation is so terrible they have no choice. Can't keep wasting a talented roster and JJ Watt in his prime. The guy is a HoF'er after five seasons, that's unreal.

Busy day for my Texans. Sign Osweiler, Lamar Miller and Jeff Allen while losing Brandon Brooks. I don't have a lot of faith in our front office so I'm always worried about any moves we make but at least it's an attempt to improve. We also lost our center Ben Jones yesterday so we still have holes, many holes, to fill.
