Thursday night isn't a must win quite yet, but for two teams with playoff aspirations starting in a 0-2 hole is not a good place to be.

I still think the defense needs a lot more improvement. Malik and Fowler didn't show up yesterday as Rodgers was pretty much unstoppable in the 2nd half and of course couldn't stop GB on 3rd down.

It was Fowler's first real game. It takes DE's at least 2 years to adjust to the NFL, especially a guy who is expected to play 3 downs. I don't think you're going to see much out of Malik Jackson. He had the benefit of playing on a terrific Broncos line. Teams are so worried about stopping Von Miller and Ware that the DT's are opened up to make plays.

That's terrible. But not going to lie it will make it easier for our Jets secondary if he doesn't play

Being a longtime die hard Pats fan, last nights win was really satisfying! I didn't have much hope other than the defense carrying them to a win, but man did Garropolo sure defy expectations!

Never did I expect the poise & pocket awareness he showed last night, I might even go to say that had Brady played, the outcome may have been less favorable.

Now don't mistake what I'm saying for lets keep Jimmy G all season, I just meant the game plan with no Gronk favored a more mobile quarterback to escape that pass rush. Also helps that Jimmy G has a strong arm & is extremely accurate. The next 3 games will be a lot less worrisome I think.

While I most certainly would have loved to have put yesterday's game in the win column, those division wins are ever important. Here's to hoping we can muster one out on Thursday night.

As a Browns fan who watched the preseason games, Kessler was horrible in the preseason. Worse than Manziel. (Yes, I am being honest).

At least we are pretty much a lock for drafting DeShaun Watson in April 2017 . . .

It's 9/11. It holds more weight to New Yorkers. It's home and that date will live in infamy if you were part of the city. You just don't know. And the Dolphins display was disgusting. Hope the Jets beat the living crap out of those Phins.

Well, sucks about RG3 injury. Out for at the minimum of 8 weeks. I was hoping RG3 would stay healthy and play well enough so we could build an oline on defense before getting our franchise QB.

I also wouldn't change the fact that the Browns didn't draft Wentz. If my Browns did draft him, people would be questioning whether or not he could be a franchise or starting QB after yesterday's game. No oline and run game still needs work.

What Wentz did yesterday was show that he is a competent QB that can start for most teams, but it doesn't mean he could be the a franchise QB. Even Tebow and Weeden could have put up good numbers and look like a star against my Browns defense. Let's wait till he goes up a good defense, and not one that will be last in most categories for defense.

Kessler is like a four to five year project, so he won't be doing anything for the team anytime soon. With Cleveland holding two first round drafts next year, I am looking forward to them drafting Watson. Hopefully philly will suck this year so we can get their pick in the top 10.

Sure. That's the same thing people who have protested what they view as injustice have always been told. "Don't protest on this day or that day, you might hurt someone's feelings." There's always some lame excuse for demonizing non-violent protest. Happened during the civil rights era when people asking for equal rights were called communists by people on the right and it happened during Vietnam. History almost always vindicated them. The protests are going to continue whether you like it or not. Might want to just get used to it.
