Seattle should get destroyed by Atlanta and Dallas should beat the winner of tonight's game. So the NFCCG should be Atlanta traveling to Dallas for Matt Ryan to experience another heartbreaking play-off loss.

Blame refs if you want but giving up 33 PPG in 3 games against play-off teams is not going to get you a W most weeks.
What does previous weeks have to do with anything, it was 10-3 at halftime and theoretically should have been 6-3 had the PI call on the Seattle TD actually been called correctly.

The game didnt truly get out of hand until the 4th quarter but by then there really were to many calls for Detroit to overcome, there was damn near 45-50 yards in those first 3 quarters that should have went Detroits way.

Seattle was only moving the ball on the ground with Rawls and that I could live with, O wait Rawls big Run Wilson hit the Detroit defender in the back from behind that wasnt called either!

There were a ton of missed calls on Seattle that hurt Detroit even the damn national media is saying it as well. The NFL really does need to address this crap regardless of how Detroit got into the playoffs they made it they deserve the same respect and calls as any other team that was there.

Who knows, I admire your optimism in regards to Dallas but I'm still apprehensive aboot them as we have been here before. Not sure who I'd want to play next week though, part of me wants the G-Men as redemption but we beat the Pack.

Its not about training its about the NFL stepping in and making the calls from NY when they need to. these games are supposed to be co monitored by the officiating crews in NY and when the refs get it massively wrong they should make the correct call.

Im far from denying the better team won, I just hate it when the officials **** up the game.

Might be time to shake up how the ref crews in NY are handled then if those guys aren't up to the job. I wonder what will happen with the Lions now, fans are getting impatient, understandably so.

Next year is the first year im seriously considering not buying NFL Sunday ticket. Im just sick of the NFL's bullshit. I have had Sunday ticket every year for the past 6-7 years. What made the game enjoyable is being pushed out by a facist regime that has no clue what the fans want. Not to mention inept refs who really have no idea how to officiate a game, and its not just Detroit, Look at the raiders in 2000, Steelers in 95/96 how you **** up a coin flip ill never understand, Giants in 04 teams in playoff positions that got absolutely hosed by Bullshit calls.

You could kinda see the shape of things to come as Rawls started to run free fairly early on in the game which is why I called the blowout when I did. The score at half didn't reflect what was truly happening, but anyone with a pair of eyes could see that it most likely wasn't going to end well for DET. And that's aside from the BS calls/non-calls.

The refs were not good, but the Seahawks were out there catching with one hand and one butt cheek. Lions couldn't catch with two hands. Lions were going to lose even if they got all the calls.

It sounds like you arrived at precisely the same conclusion as I did this season and it just plain sucks.. Yes, I'm a NYJ fan, but I'm also an NFL football fan who watches any game he possibly can and what this sport has turned into is an absolute, unequivocal dumpster fire. For a league that generates as much money as this one does, they have done absolutely nothing to improve the product on the field and in many cases, have done things to actually make it worse. If I didn't get DTV/ST essentially for free through my job, I would have to strongly consider not paying the exorbitant price for it as well.

I've had DTV and NFL ticket since e 16-bit boxes were the rage!
It's the only bill I actually enjoy paying, as I get my money's worth every season.
Plus most years winnings from FF, pick 'em or survivor pools pays for it.

Lets be honest, call or no call the Lions had no chance yesterday.

Todays' games should be more exciting. I want to see a Steelers vs Chiefs divisional, they gonna beat the sh*t out of each other.

Oh yeah, let's not get it twisted, I've had DTV and ST since I got my first place after I moved to Georgia (close to 20 years ago) and I've never had a problem paying the bill for them, but this and last season were a bit different which scared me a bit...I kinda feel like my total football fandom took a bit of a hit.
