Heh I'm over (sorta) the loss that I saw coming, not sure why Lions fans are still talking though. Their team hasn't won a play-off game since 1991, have they?

You didn't see it coming. You've been talking forever ago how Dallas would march right in, lol. And at least Detroit fans stick to our team.. majority of your fans disappeared until this year!

I didn't go anywhere. Heh false bravado dude, I was always scared of A-Rod, that was the last match-up I wanted in our first play-off game due to the defense. Oh well, life as a Cowboys fan with our GM and our always over-rated HC.

Cowboys homers who think he's the best thing since sliced bread, despite an inability to win past the wild card round. Not to mention missing the play-offs 5 of the 7 seasons he's been our HC.

I know that no one cares besides me and the Walrus, but the NYJ quietly re-signed one of the solid guys on our line yesterday (Brian Winters). This was one of our biggest offseason priorities so it's good that it was handled expeditiously especially given the weak FA market for O-lineman coming up. Now, if they just let Mangold walk due to the guaranteed money, mounting injuries and declining play (which we most certainly should do despite being a quality Jet over the years), plug in back up center Wesley Johnson who has played well in Mangold's stead, roll with Brandon Shell who has really come on in the latter part of the season along with Carpenter, our O-line won't be in as bad a shape as it initially appeared. I just hope Giacomini and Clady are shown the door as well.

In addition, the NYJ can really cut a ton of money from their roster by getting rid of some of this dead weight (also looking at you Mevis) and put themselves in a good position for the future. Oh yeah, and find an effing QB (Glennon?) which has eluded this garbage franchise since the Joe Willy days.

And an OC that wants to work with the terrible QBs that are on the roster currently.

Interesting, I've not once heard any DAL fans touting Garrett as anything special, but I'm not plugged into them as well as you are.

Why let a homegrown guy go when he's already in-house, knows the system, the FA market is thin, etc.? In addition, it's a good example to set for younger guys they drafted to show that they keep their players.

He's had 1 decent year. I don't mind keeping him but he's getting paid more than Carpenter
