Speaking of Wentz, anyone besides Batman1980 think he's is gonna be a good one?

I have a collection of those McFarlane NFL figures but only the successful star players (otherwise it would get really expensive to collect them all), so no Brady Quinn, no Tim Tebow, no Jared Goff, no JaMarcus Russell, on the fence about Andy Dalton and Joe Flacco. I waited a couple years on Winston and Mariota and had to pay extra. But I can pick up Wentz at the store right now.

He looks good so far. The general consesus is that he has the potential to be really good. We should know more this year with the added weapons they have.

Same thing happened with tebow people still say he should have a job

People look past the garbage play and root of the guy but in reality they stink.

The worst part is that they have put so much pressure on Kaepernick I am sure he is secretly hoping he doesn't get a starting job some where. He doesn't play perfect and win games it will prove how stupid the protesting is.

The big thing is that he could be a back up but you want your back up to run the same offense as you starting QB. The only QB who plays like Kap is Wilson and maybe tyrod. So you got two teams one said no and I guess the NFL could talk the bills into it. Possible a sign kap and we can make sure your allowed to relocate if you ever want to?

You should see the names other black people are calling McCoy now on social media.
I like McCoy more and more every time he speaks. His feelings towards Chip was spot on, and he's right again here.

Oh c'mon, give me a break. The kid is young and has great potential. He will be real good in a year or two.

Yeah, because the league ran Tebow off for no reason, yet you have scumbags in the league that wshouldn't be playing whatsoever, and guys like Crapperdick and Sanchez getting roster spots. You mean to tell me Tebow isn't even as good as a third stringer?

We've been down this road, and no this won't change your opinion nor am I trying to, but it's plain and simple that this guy is a good QB. He looked pretty good in Denver until Class A A-hole Elway got in the way to pursue Manning (it worked out, ultimately, but you gave up a long-term future for 1-2 years of greatness). No other teams were prepared to build around Tebow and adopt the appropriate system. Yeah, he had chances with the Jets (if that's what you call a chance), and Patriots (clearly he didn't belong in that system). He brings a lot of attention, for right reasons, and teams avoided it.

I don't think there's any pressure on Kaep. If Kaep's the backup, these whiners will demand that the starter be benched every single time he makes a mistake so that Kaep can take over. If Kaep's the starter, the team can go 0-16 and these same whiners won't utter one peep. You know that's how it'd be.

I randomly came across some guy's tweet regarding a preseason football game. The QB made a bad play and this guy tweeted that Kaep would never make that mistake. For one play. In a preseason game. Seriously?!?!?

Tebow is nobody's long term future and no he is not good enough for third string because you have to have a VERY unique playbook for him. when your QB goes down they want him to come in and run the same system. He's a nice guy but not an NFL QB I mean look at his playoff win he barley completed 40% of his passes that is Ryan leaf bad. Bortles is just under 60 and that guy is a fart away from unemployment.

He's a promising young QB. That's doesn't mean they will win the division this year. But they certainly appear to have an important piece to build around.

The Bears are being way too cautious with Trubisky, he's already way better than the awful Mike Glennon yet John Fox is still adamant that Glennon is the guy.

Yeah but they aren't going to be good this year either way. Let Glennon play and the worse he plays the more the fans will want Trubisky to play. Fans always seem to love the back up more for some reason.

Lol! Exactly!
Dak had the absolute dream scenario to work with last season. Wentz had his best OLman suspended 10 games, one of the worst rushing attacks and THE worst receiving corp...yet he still went 7-9 and set the rookie record for pass attempts. I'm amazed he even played all 16 games. Guy was running for his life during the OL being reshuffled so often.
As I said last year, there was no way Dallas could keep that entire O-line together so that could be an issue. Zeke, possibly, gone for 6 games will definitely be an issue.
While I'm not 100% sold on Wentz(or Dak) being elite, as they both will have to really bring it this season, we should definitely have a clearer projection on one or both. Due to subtractions for one(Dak) and additions for the other(Wentz).
A year of game film for opposing defenses to game plan on is a push for both QB's

No reason to David Carr-Tim Couch him if the team isn't going anywhere. With how bad they're going to be, he'll probably end up starting before the season is out anyway.

F#$K tom brady. Cheating F%$K. Yep, letting you know how I really feel. Glad his wife disclosed his concussions, and the little prick will be lucky if he survives the season, let alone be able to speak coherently after the age of 50.
