Apparently Tom Brady's new "self help" book has quite a bit of quack science. There are plenty of obviously positive things like working out in there but he makes some garbage claims like drinking a lot of water prevents sunburns. He also claims alkaline diets work, among other dubious/debunked claims.

But he only played 3 years in the nfl. Not even 3 full years, so who knows when all this started. No excuses for his behavior but this could have affected him in some way.

I don't mind color rush as some of them look badass. Some are pretty bad and sometimes the color makes no sense, like SF.

I am looking those Rams jerseys though.
