Earl Thomas not happy with Bobby Wagner

"To be totally honest, I think you have to give your hats off to Wags and a couple guys that played," Thomas began, per The Seattle Times, "but my personal opinion, I don't think they should have played. The backups would have did just as good. The injuries -- Kam [Chancellor, Richard Sherman, K.J. Wright] -- they definitely hurt today."

When asked how limited he felt Wagner was against the Rams, Thomas responded, "I have no clue, but you normally see Wags running from sideline to sideline. He just couldn't do it today. But I think he waited just a little bit too long to take himself out."

It didn't take long for Wagner, who was in the same locker room as Thomas, to respond.

The star linebacker tweeted soon after, "E keep my name out yo mouth. Stop being jealous of other people (sic) success. I still hope you keep balling bro." Wagner later deleted the tweet, per The Times.

Not sure what Thomas would be jealous of they both make about the same money. Plus Thomas is probably a Future hall of famer and Wagner not far behind. That whole response is just strange.

Hopefully with the return of Ezekiel Elliott we can make the Seahawks a bit unhappier.

OMG, yes we have had a lot of injuries but damn my team sucks. At least I still had the Astros season and a good start for the Rockets.

ESPN president John Skipper resigned this morning because of substance abuse issues. It will be interesting to see if this results in changes next season to ESPN's NFL Countdown team because ratings are down about 20% and if they bring in an outsider a shake-up could be more likely.

You lost Mercellus(SP), Watt and Watson, that'd be too much for most teams to overcome. Happy Zeke is finally back, hopefully from now on he can keep his nose clean.

Yeah they lost like what, 4 TEs this year? Football really is a brutal sport, I can't even imagine getting struck the way they do and still going out there running full speed every play.

Yes indeed. Glad Howie is runaway GM of the year for providing a ton of depth. Philly sure has been needing it.
Looking forward to ending the Cowboys playoffs hopes in 2 weeks, that is assuming they are even in contention in 2 weeks.

We're pretty much out of it since we fell to 5-6, all I really want at this point is to finish above .500 two seasons in a row for the first time ever under Garrett. Would show a bit of progress, still think Linehan and Marinelli need to go, their antiquated systems are holding us back on both sides of the ball.

More wins means lower draft picks. Hate to cheer for Seattle but I hope Russell has an MVP performance this week.

This team as is is not good enough to make a run in the stout NFC. Maybe with an improved coaching staff, some good choices in free agency and a third straight strong draft class we'll have a chance.
