yeah that is consistent with every report I read on the matter, they asked him about players, including those he had played with but did not give them a wish or demand list.

Looks like Darius Slay is staying in PHI after all.

The fact that the Jets already started on Rodgers shopping list without actually getting him yet shows how wet under the ear they are with this stuff. What's to keep the Packers from asking for their next 4 years worth of first round picks, what are the Jets at this point going to say, no?

After the media spun this as a done deal but just waiting on Rodgers, I read yesterday that apparently the negotiations are still on-going, and that GB hasn't negotiated any first-rounders.

This is all just too weird for me to believe anything the media is stirring up. Up until last week, I distanced myself from any of the media circus around Rodgers, but I made the mistake of shifting my attention to it the past week.

Again its a semantics/he said/she said thing cause schefty/russini insist rogers gave NYJ a wish list with about 20 players on it.

Not to beat a dead horse, but it's not even that...bottom line is one of those people were there and spoke to it and the media members were not, so they can insist all they want cuz if they're reporting that, then even they themselves heard got that information from someone else so it's like third hand information, lol.

It's all just so stupid and I'd love for it to be over and if over means GB holds him until OTAs or he says screw it, it's not worth all this and retires, that's fine too.

He wont retire cause its $60m + he doesnt want to go into HOF the same day as brady & get completely overshadowed/toasted.

Def still possible because Jordyn Brooks tore his ACL in like week 16 or 17 of last season. I'd be surprised if he played this season.

Was at the mall yesterday so went into barnes & noble to read lindys cfb prev magazine.
They have IND taking levis & CJ falling to LV.
Wow i sure dont see either of those happening at all.

ok with what they have done with 6 and 18 gimmie 2x LB forget the QB at 18 or 6, I want to see this team with a defense they have totally changed my outlook.

That was 20 yrs ago the rules are totally diff now.
& theres a big diff between just going & actually winning.
Look at all the recent winners its basically either a qb on a rookie contract or a possible HOFer.
