He didnt play all that convincing last year in pre season either, then bossed up in the regular season. If thats where he plays good thats all that counts.

+1...but i also feel the same way about romo...which u already knew!!

vick is a flashy player but won't win a super bowl in my opinion....he's in the same category as mcnabb....great player, but not good enough to win it all.

I wasn't refering to pre-seaon just the fact that he could slack now that he's back to where he was prior to dogs n jail

well considering he loses 25 million for the settlements his contract just really gets him out of trouble, he can live comfortably now not sure how much he will lose for the taxes he has to pay as well but by the end of this it is possible over 6 years he only sees 5-10 million.

The Dolphins have sold out their last 102 home games, but are struggling to sell out this year's games, so on October 23 against the Broncos the Dolphins are going to honor the Florida Gators 2009 national championship team. Tim Tebow and Mike Pouncey will both be at the game as their respective teams play, and former Florida coach Urban Meyer will be in attendance. This is a very strange promotion, as I've never heard of an NFL team holding a celebration for a college team, especially one that is over 300 miles from their home. The Dolphins offered to honor the 2001 Miami national championship team but Miami declined.

something i learned this past weekend @ lambeau...the season ticket wait list is 88,000 names long now!!!

they usually avg. 70-90 names a year that come off that list....after the super bowl last year, 29 came off!!

and they are now renovating the stadium again to add something between 6,000 and 7,000 seats above the "bowl" of the stadium.

^^ I don't see a 10-6 team making the Wild Card spots. There is a big gap between the dominant teams and the weaker teams. We all know an NFC Worst team will make it at 9-7 (at best) but i figure every other team will be 11-5 at the least. There are just too many good teams for 10-6 to make it.

the chargers are always so high on so many lists but they always fall short....i really don't see them getting to the super bowl.

the afc team will be the patriots, jets, or steelers again.

Fixed that for you. Jets won't be seeing a Super Bowl in person until Sanchez is gone or at least not their starter. He's not a super bowl QB. He's a decent game manager, but most of their success is defense and run game.

i could see sanchez getting them there but not being able to win it.

i would post my NFC choise for the super bowl but i'm biased.

Not really that biased, the Pack have a good chance to make it again. It'll either be them or the Falcons.

i hate to come out and say "the Packers are the team to beat this year!!!"

i've never liked doing that. yeah i want them to win obviously, but to boast about them winning it all...i've never liked that.

i was actually scared after opening day last year when almost everyone on CBS (cower, sharpe, boomer), those guys....a lot of them picked the packers to go to the super bowl.

it's like setting expectations that can't be met.....obviously they can....but if u're set that high, the chances of falling are a lot higher too.

but i don't think the eagles are gonna be able to win the super bowl...yeah they have a massive amount of talent, but u still have to play as a team!!!
