That may be true, but there are few things sweeter than seeing Rex Ryan lose.

They would have gotten penalized anyway for a ineligible receiver.

It'll be on NBC's game of the week. If the Packers were still undefeated going into next week vs the Lions, that would have been the game and the Giants game would have been the a 1pm game.

Lions-Packers
Ravens-Bengals
Colts-Jags - to see if the Colts get the top pick
Titans-Texans
Chargers-Raiders

I'd watch any of those before the Giants-Cowboys.

Maybe in the nation of ChadFL, but we're talking about the US. The Packers game has much less meaning now that they are not undefeated. None of those games are bigger than the Giants/Cowboys.

The Giants won, but the Cowboys still need to win this game for 2 reasons.

1. The Cowboys still have a chance of getting a wildcard spot.

2. The Cowboys and Giants game can end in a tie.

If the PAckers would have made it to 16-0 they might would have had the Packers and Lions game on Thursday night.

It happend a couple of years ago when New England was 15-0 and needed just one more win to make it to 16-0. That game was played on Thursday night.

It was a Saturday not a Thursday. That game took place on Saturday night.

Last edited by little flower; 12-24-2011 at 08:58 PM. Reason: It was a Saturday night game

Offensive POY vote should be interesting.

Andy Dalton: 20 TD, 13 Int, 3,166 yards
Cam Newton: 20 TD, 17 Int, 3,893 yards, 674 yards rushing, 14 rushing TD's

Dalton has had a great rookie year but I'll bet Newton wins it by a good margin.

The good news is that the Bengals won but the bad news is that the Ravens will not be letting up next week because they can get a first round bye.

Texans are gonna lay down for the Titans since the game is meaningless

Jets are probably out of it

Should be Newton in a landslide. If Offensive ROY is anything like Offensive player of the year where W-L is irrelevant, then he should have this thing wrapped up comfortably. He'll most likely be the first rookie QB ever to pass for 4000 yards.
