isn't weird all these other QB's come in for the injured starter and a few years later they become that team's QB. I remember when Bledsoe got injured and where that led too. Is he around or did he retire?
Bledsoe retired years ago. Like 5 years ago I think.

Biggest one I remember aside from Brady/Bledsoe is Kurt Warner becoming starter Trent Green got injured for St. Louis and Warner leads them to a Super Bowl his first year starting. Then Leinart turns out to suck in Arizona and the same thing happens, Warner becomes starter and leads them to a Super Bowl when everyone thought he was washed up. Had that Trent Green injury never happened I honestly don't think Warner ever would have been discovered.

Game over... 28-7 Pats.

I think he went to Buffalo right then might have retired. But didn't Trent Green will a Superbowl with the Bucs or am I thinking of another QB?

He's still in the bottom third of Qbs in the league. He just has a great defense, running back, and coach and used that to put together a mediocre season in his 7th year.

13-3 is mediocre? If you wanna look at mediocre look at the Broncos. Who barely made it into the playoffs and got lucky last week and are being killed now.

Nah, that was probably Brad Johnson you're thinking of with Tampa. Trent Green spent most of the years with KC. He did have some decent years with KC.

Denver needs to break out the super glue at the half.

Maybe he means statistically. Though I'd disagree there too. Smith had 17 TD, 5 Int with a 91 QB rating for the year. That's pretty good. He did lead the league in sacks though with 44.

Oh man this is even uglier than I imagined. 35-7 Pats going into the half.

Broncos play calling is awful, the Patriots aren't going to let you hang in the game long enough to fool them with an out of character pass on 1st down.

He was better than decent. 2002-2005: 90 QB rating, 4083 yards per season rating and team offensive rank in points by year was 1,1,2,5.

Bledsoe has the honor of being replaced by both Brady (2001) and Romo (2006). Not bad.

While this HAS been a crappy game, Brady has kept me 100% entertained. If it were not for him id have already changed channels.

I didn't say the 49ers were mediocre. I said he was. If I had to start an NFL team and had to rank the Qbs 1-32 in the order I would take them he would be in the 20's. He had a solid year but for me it takes more then 6 really bad years and 1 solid year for me to believe in a guy.

I hate to say it but as good as the 49ers are this year, Green Bay is going to hand them their asses next week.

Somebody has to remind Tebow that he's playing the worst pass defense in the league. Or maybe they should lie and tell him he's playing the #1 defense so he starts chucking the ball downfield.
