As far as the Indy QB play is concerned, good luck finding a coach who can turn Curtis Painter, Dan Orlovsky, or a 38/39 year old Kerry Collins into a competent starter. Especially when you have to focus on your whole awful team as head coach, not just your awful quarterbacks. |

Keisel said what everyone already knows about the "Pro Bowl." I actually do think it would be a good idea to make it a flag football game. The Pro Bowl is touch football anyway, so may as well do things different for the fans and make it flag football. Maybe mix in some celebrities on the teams. I'd definitely start watching if they did that.

Caldwell's whole resume is quite mediocre. He coached the Colts to a 22-26 record. Before the Colts he coached Wake Forest to a terrible 26-63 record with just one bowl appearance in 8 years. Hard to believe he lasted 8 years before getting fired. His successor at Wake Forest has a 68-67 record at the school with 5 bowl game appearances and one BCS game. As far as the Browns go I can't believe they hired Chilly. Last edited by ChadFL; 01-30-2012 at 11:28 PM. |

I'm praying Chilly is one of those guys who will succeed as a co-ordinator but was a Sh*tty Head Coach.....Just like Wade Phillips is. If not, our Star Struck Soccer owner needs to get rid of Mr. West Coast Offense

All you need to know is the guy took a nose dive from head coach with a Super Bowl appearance to offensive assistant/QB coach. The good/competent head coaches make a lateral move. His job during the game is to manage it and he can't even do that right. Like calling timeouts to help the other team (jets, jags). Last edited by Tony208; 01-31-2012 at 12:24 AM. |

Peyton was a two-time Pro-Bowler and led the league in TD's and passing yards before Caldwell even started as QB coach in 2002.

Luck goes #1 and the #2 and 3 draft spots (Minnesota and St. Louis) are teams who don't need a QB. Only worry for the Browns would be another team trading up to #2 or 3 and taking Griffin ahead of them.

I've read a lot of people that think the Redskins could move up to get Griffin but I'm not sure if he's a good fit for the Shanahans. When you look at the quarterbacks they've coached it's been mainly pocket passers like John Elway, Jake Plummer, Jay Cutler, and Matt Schaub (when Kyle was OC in Houston). I could see them preferring to throw a boatload of money at Matt Flynn or a fairly cheap trade for New England's Brian Hoyer over giving up multiple #1 picks to move up for Griffin. Meant throwing money at Matt Flynn, not Matt Schaub. Edited my original post.
