No doubt. He brought the city together though, and his Rose Bowl run...amazing. We haven't had a comparable Badger QB in Madison since... probably since Darrell Bevell, who ironically I believe is actually the Offensive Coordinator for the Seahawks now.

I actually was at the Rose Bowl in 1993 (Parents took me on a vacation) where the Badgers played UCLA and Bevell was the QB.

Thank the heavens the Cowboys did not select Manziel. I don't want to hear the endless crap that would have caused on local sports talk.

His kids must have threatened to finally put him in a home if he drafted Manziel. If he did then I don't think a judge would have any choice but to put him away.

Yeah, but they already have a back up plan.

They picked up Michael Vick. They wouldn't have paid him if they wanted to draft another QB, IMO.

At this point, Vick may even end up starting this year.
