Ravens CB Aaron Ross tore his Achilles during the conditioning test and is out for the season. Ross wasn't a lock to make the Ravens and was signed mainly for depth so it won't be a huge loss.

He's probably towards the end of his career anyway after playing with NYG and a season in JAX.

Just an idea! I'm game for any poll, as they are fun to monitor.
If you go with my idea, maybe you can call it "The Last Man Standing" poll.
Or maybe make a "for fun" Eliminator Pool that members can join in. Depending on the turnout, it shouldn't be that hard to manage.

I'm just happy we are getting closer to kickoff, but as I do every year, will be sweating bullets during training camp and preseason games!

Yeah thats a like a slap in the face so if he got 2 games Nagy only gets one or gets suspended only for the coin flip for his shit cause you know it wasnt caught on video

Marshawn is the best. I guess his anxiety issues includes calling his boss directly to say he's holding out. Instead he informed the Seahawks of his holdout through an intermediary - the NFL Network. He isn't going to win in this holdout. As the story says, a 28 year old RB has essentialy no leverage. Just ask MJD how it worked out for him.

Beast Mode now includes telling your organization to shove it via the NFL Network. Earlier this evening, Marshawn Lynch called his former Seahawks teammate, and current NFL Network analyst, Michael Robinson and let him know that he was holding out of training camp and Robinson relayed the information on air.

Lynch has two years left on the four-year, $30 million deal he signed in 2012 and is due to make 5.5 million this year. As Robinson explains, Lynch just wants the team to recognize his value to the franchise and pay him accordingly. It's a tough spot for an aging running back to pretend like he has any leverage—and 28 is aging for a bruiser like Lynch—but this is all he has. His only leverage is his presence, so he's pulling it. He will be docked $30,000 for each day he misses.

Has it been said what he's holding out for? It can't be this year's salary. He probably wants an extension so he has a job when he's 30. Good luck to you Lynch.

It's for his current deal. Lynch wants either more money up front or more guaranteed for 2014 and 2015. I have no clue what he's thinking here. He has zero leverage. The Seahawks aren't going to cave.

His contract was frontloaded. He doesn't like the numbers on the remainder of his deal.
