We have nobody to blame but ourselves. ESPN put up a poll last week as to who fans want to win in the Skins-Cowboys game and 49 states went for Washington. I think most people watch Cowboys games to root against them.

Teams are limited to 5 prime time games per year (plus week 17 if they are chosen) so we won't have to see the Cowboys in prime time any more than we did this year. Honestly if NBC or ESPN had their choice they'd choose every Cowboys game as their prime time game because regardless of the opponent they still draw monster ratings.

Notice how the NFL media covers the Cowboys.. the first words are always "What's wrong with the Cowboys?".. It is never praise for the team that beats them..

I know that..I'm talking about FOX or CBS. I've seen more Cowboy games living in the Chicago area than I need to..

Sports radio here has a few rumors of Devin Hester being upset and considering retirement because of Lovie Smith being fired... Hester has been terrible this year as a returner and will never be a good WR..another Lovie Smith coaching disaster..

An emotional Devin Hester told reporters that he is considering retiring from the NFL following Monday's firing of Bears coach Lovie Smith.
Perhaps he'll retire as a wide receiver. It's no surprise that Bears players are a bit beside themselves on Black Monday after losing their longtime leader. No longer an impact returner and never an effective wideout, Hester finished the 2012 season with 23 catches for 242 yards and scored one all-purpose touchdown in 15 games. Hester is now 30 years old and due a big offseason roster bonus. If he doesn't retire, he may just as soon be cut.

The colossal second half meltdown is what did him in, this is a team that was top of the NFL power rankings at the half-way point and looked primed to make a super bowl run.

His actual 2013 salary is $1.857 million, which may be low enough that the Bears will keep Hester if he decides to keep playing.

Hester can go... His return threat has diminished and he's still a below average wide out. They need to rebuild the entire offensive line and bring in either Gruden, or even Cowher.

yeah..he's been a terrible returner this year...he likes to run backwards or side to side..but never forward..Never was a even a decent WR. Done.

When it comes to the cowboys i know what im talkin bout so yall learn a lesson about that for next year.

Here is the schedule for 2013 for all 32 teams with dates/times out in april:

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap100...013-nfl-season
holy sh*t my Seahawks look to have a tough road ahead of them... @ Atlanta, @ Indy, @ Houston, @ NY Giants, home to Saints, Bucs and Vikings.

good, when we win back to back SB's i don't want to hear people pissing and moaning about how easier our schedule was

damn, seems like almost half the league got rid of their coaches today!

will be very interesting to see where coaches go and who becomes new coaches. in a very geeky way, this is my favorite time of the year (also with the draft season) not because people get fired, but because of the prospective changes in organizations.

however, not all teams get rid of a coach that makes sense. like Cleveland, why get rid of your coach? who's going to come to Cleveland and use Weeden? yet another wasted coach and another wasted high drfat pick on a QB. another 5-8 years of 4-12 and 5-11 before a possible shift, and at least 2 or 3 more quarterbacks and coaches

lots of interesting options for Cowher, Gruden, Holmgren and many others... Philly, Arizona, San Diego, Chicago... all have areas of promise and are not jobs that are usually open with no one next in line so this will be veeery interesting
