We saw what AP did when he REALLY had trash... 99 yards

I think its safe to say he'd have never gotten 2k or near the playoffs with a truly bad QB.

Yep, which is why I'm so worried I'll see Philip Rivers Jr. in Washington. He had to man up and play through injury and we saw 9-18 and 100 yards, that cowboys game was the biggest ever and Alf carried based on what RG3 did in the past. Jordan can play with 110 fever and clutch it, you want to be the best perform no matter what.

If he goes 20-30 with 320 and 3 tds and we lose because of our 30th ranked d I'm cool with that, but if he goes 9-20 140 yards, INT, and a rushing td. That right there will put me back into depression, and I'll see if I can get dan snyder to write me a script for zoloft.

The Bills began negotiating with the Syracuse coach after their visit with current Oregon coach Chip Kelly. It became clear Kelly was more interested in other options and Marrone was viewed as an excellent candidate with strong pro and college experience as well as ties to New York state.

Marrone was a candidate in several places. He was viewed highly by the Browns should they not land Kelly. He also had interviews planned with the Chargers and Eagles. He was most recently in the NFL as the Saints' offensive coordinator, before accepting the daunting challenge to rebuild Syracuse.

The Bills were interested in having an offensive-minded coach, and figuring out the quarterback position is their top offseason objective. They told coaching candidates owner Ralph Wilson would be aggressive in free agency and, while they may keep quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick for another season, they can be active in finding a replacement as well.

Former Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt also was a finalist for this job, and was the first person Buffalo interviewed. The Bills, who conducted much of this search in Arizona, also spoke to Cardinals defensive coordinator Ray Horton and former Bears coach Lovie Smith.

Game starts and I'm thinking, hmmm, maybe Joe Webb won't be so bad. Then he throws the ball straight up in the air for a lucky incompletion instead of taking the sack and it's all downhill from there.

I know we can't win, but maybe JUST maybe RG3 does play like an elite qb, and not Matt Ryan or Philip Rivers
