Painter didn't look too bad last night. It'll be interesting to see how Collins plays in the final preseason game for the Colts. Of course, the bigger question is just how long Manning is going to be out. Regardless, Indianapolis is going to have to draft a quarterback in next year's draft.

Theres no doubt that the Colts have to start leaning that way in next years draft. Colts have to realize that even though Manning can still play they have to plan out there future without him and drafting a QB has to be considered in the first 3 rounds. Now whether Manning can play effectively thru the neck surgery we will see. I believe Sterling Sharpe had a similiar injury and retired shortly thereafter at 29. Colts should finish no worse than 10-6...

Anybody gonna watch the Pats/Lions game tonight? I think I will cause the starters will play more like normal in the 3rd preseason game.

So I wake up to the Lions having a 17 point lead over the Pats at halftime. WTF?

I could see the lions breaking even this year.

It does not surprise me that the Lions destroyed the Patriots since it is pre-season, if it was the regular season, the Patriots would destroy the Lions, the Lions always look good in pre-season but always suck in the regular season

Yes because half the Pats Starters did not even make the trip. Pats played only there 2nd String D, There Starting O played and our Starting D may have somewhat exposed the Patriots this year for having weak Tackles.

Our offensive numbers are misconstrued due to the Patriots not playing there normal D.

For a 31 year old who hasn't been that good since 2004? The best they could probably salvage is a conditional 6th rounder.

The Lions played the Pats last thanksgiving granted they lost but still played great against Brady.

I'm not a Lions fan but ya gotta give them some credit pre-season or not.
