Yeah, no one here is condoning murder for obvious reasons. But, clearly Hernandez didn't watch very many crime shows. I can't believe how many dumb decisions he made.

maybe not..but walking in with a gun..but he still probably planned to kill him or planned the entire thing which is just as bad

Aren't most home survaillance systems monitored from some remote site? I'm just not sure how Hernandez thought destroying the physical system would somehow erase what was recorded on it. It's like crooks thinking nothing can be recovered from their HD if they smash up or delete the info from their computer.

Depends I'm sure anything is possible, home security systems are mostly recording to tapes [now hard drives] installed in the residence (not sure I'd want some guy at Adt watching me walk around my yard or in my home), but the alarm system codes exc. are all being monitored elsewhere.

Good point, but when they say destroyed, did he smash up cameras, or was it something where he disconnected the wiring or such?

hard drives, tapes, exc. would be my guess... As dumb as that is you'd look even worse knocking out your own systems but the guys already proven to be the biggest dummy in history so who knows lol.

Rumor is Hernandez in fact was not the triggerman, but rather orchestrated the entire thing. Of course that still warrants the charges he's facing.

Out of curiosity I looked up Hernandez's college major at UF. I was soooo hoping it was criminal justice. If it were UF should lose it's accreditation for that department.

i don't believe any of these rumors right now. But it doesn't matter if he pulled the trigger..or set it up..still first deg murder. I am going to say he pulled the trigger but we may never know. The guy talking right now may have already said hernandez was the shooter

Wonder if the Pats knew the charge of murder when they released him or were going to cut him regardless of charge. Wouldn't surprise me if they didn't know it would be murder 1. Pats don't play around with stuff like this.
