Hernandez will be fine in jail. If most of this stuff is true. He is a hard core criminal and coldblooded murderer. Why would you have a 2nd apt 2 towns over from where you live and rent cars rather then buy them with the millions you have.

The Raiders aren't done paying JaMarcus Russell yet:

After the Raiders cut JaMarcus Russell in 2010, both parties filed grievances seeking money from the other side for failing to fully honor Russell’s six-year, $68 million contract. It appears that Russell is about to come out ahead in that dispute.

Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle reports that the Raiders have agreed to pay Russell close to $3 million in a settlement of the dispute.

Russell’s viewpoint was that the Raiders hadn’t paid all of the fully guaranteed money on his deal. The Raiders argued that not only had they paid everything they owed, but Russell should have been required to pay back more than $9 million in salary advances. The settlement suggests that the Raiders weren’t as confident in their side of the argument as Russell was in his.

Umm because their Is always someone bigger and with even less to lose(or smaller).. I could see some 5'7 guy wanting to get a reputation trying to stab him.

High profile people like Hernandez rarely see general population. He'll likely just be in a segregated area for the rest of his life.

Court documents indicate the search of a secret "flop house" leased by former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has turned up what police say could be key evidence in the murder case against him.

Search warrants records indicate that police searching the Franklin, Mass., condominium Hernandez had rented found the same caliber ammunition used in Lloyd's slaying and a white hooded sweatshirt similar to what Hernandez was allegedly wearing that night Odin Lloyd was killed.

Authorities also found a cranberry-colored cap with "society" written backward in white lettering, similar to one Hernandez was seen wearing outside a nightclub in Boston on June 14. Video of Hernandez wearing the cap was shown on WHDH-TV in Boston, according to court records.

A state trooper wrote that the clothing could help place Hernandez at the crime scene and establish his location before the killing.

"The white sweatshirt could be used to assist in linking Hernandez to the scene of the crime," Michael Bates, a detective with the Bristol County District Attorney's Office, wrote in his affidavit.

"The baseball hat could help provide the whereabouts of Hernandez on the Friday night before the homicide. This night, in particular, is a critical aspect in the timeline of events leading up to the homicide," Bates wrote.

Hernandez, 23, is accused of orchestrating Lloyd's execution-style shooting June 17, after Lloyd angered Hernandez by speaking to certain people at a nightclub. His attorneys say the evidence against Hernandez is circumstantial and he's eager to clear his name.

Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson, meanwhile, reiterated on Wednesday that he won't allow Hernandez to marry his fiancée while he is jailed on his murder charge.

"We're not going to revamp our entire security system to perform marriages inside our prison. If you want to get married, what you do is, you stay out of jail," he told the NFL Network on Wednesday in an interview with the "NFL AM" show, adding he's taken away many privileges from inmates, such as weights, televisions in cells and coffee.

It was also uncovered that the "flop house" was named by one of the other arrested men, Carlos Ortiz. Turns out, he was interviewed the day before Hernandez was arrested, so it's likely that he is the "inside man" many have suspected since the evidence was released.

Also interesting, this is the text of the affidavit used to get the warrant:

This Affiant requests an ALL PERSONS PRESENT WARRANT be issued for the #599 Old West Central Street for the following reasons: the nature of the sale of Cocaine is such that the participants are constantly changing, Cocaine is commonly packaged in small plastic bags which are easily and likely concealed on one’s person(s). An ALL PERSONS PRESENT WARRANT would enable investigating officers to search any person(s) that may be concealing this cellular device on their person(s) inside or at #599 Old West Central Street-Apt. 12A in the town of Franklin at the time the search warrant is executed.

Also here's why they are now worried about a jailhouse marriage:

By law, Hernandez's fiancée, Shayanna Jenkins, who is also the mother of his 7-month-old daughter, would not have to testify against the former Patriots tight end if they were married. Prosecutors said last week that investigators had been speaking with Jenkins until she received a telephone call from Hernandez telling her to stop talking to authorities.

While that 5'7 guy trys and stab him..the 6'4 hernandez will crush him with his shoe...he already being investigated for what..4 shootings ( 4 people )...guy is hardcore...

Nobody is really hardcore in prison unless they run with a gang. I'm pretty sure I read Mike Tyson was raped in prison. If he can get punked anyone can. But like I said before, most likely Hernandez won't see general population as prison officials know what would happen.

I don't think it's accurate. He said this in the last few years:

"I was living the life of luxury in prison too, just not the same as I was outside," Tyson said of his life inside. "I had food, I was able to get what I wanted. I had girlfriends, it's just not like your freedom."
