Only time will tell. Did they overpay for wallace? Yes, but what he brings to the team they were sorely lacking. His worth to the team cannot be measured just by receptions, yards & touchdowns. He does cause defenses to respect him and causes the defense to pay attention to him which in turn makes it easier for everyone else.

Ellerbe has also played really well so far, posting double digit tackles in each of the three games. He has outplayed Dansby, who he replaced, and they actually saved money in that move.

I hate it for the Bears that Henry Melton is out for the season. He's a great DT. Hard to believe he was a running back at Texas.

It sucks for Melton that he was stuck playing under the franchise tag rather than a long-term deal. I know he didn't have a problem (at least publicly) playing under the franchise tag, but now he's either going to have to take a one-year deal to prove he's healthy or take far less money on a long-term deal then he would have gotten if he had been a free agent.

It figures TMZ would be the site that would break a story involving a stripper named Sweat Pea:

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones was hurt early this morning after a brawl erupted on a party bus filled with his Ravens teammates ... TMZ has learned.

It happened after a night of partying in Washington D.C. celebrating Bryant McKinnie's birthday.

Sources at the scene tell us ... at about 3 AM, as people were leaving Opera Ultra Lounge, people on the bus began fighting. In addition to teammates, we're told at least one stripper was on board.

One eyewitness tells us he saw a bottle being swung at Jacoby Jones -- it connected with his head and hurt him. We're told an ambulance was called "for a bleeding male" but he was not taken to the hospital.

Our sources say a stripper named Sweet Pea is the one who hit Jacoby with a gigantic Ace of Spades bottle and this may have triggered the brawl. We're told the bottle smashed over his head and he was "bleeding everywhere."

We're told Jacoby's friends tried to retaliate against Sweet Pea but Bryant McKinnie tried to stop him, and a fight broke out between the friend and Bryant.

Police responded to the scene but no arrests were made. We're told there was evidence of an assault but no one cooperated with cops.

I honestly don't know when the skins will get a win looking at the schedule Oakland's D has been competitive and I don't see the skins getting a W and then their s* gets cray with Cowboys, Bears, Broncos... Maybe not till the Chargers or Vikings do they get a W

Defenses are ranked based on yards... since they aren't always the ones giving up the points.

Yeah, he pleaded to disorderly conduct for that. He also was dismissed from the Pro Bowl in 2010 after skipping practice on Friday and Saturday when he had been tweeting about going out to the clubs the prior nights. McKinnie's paycheck also has a garnishment on his paycheck because he borrowed more than $4.5 million during the lockout and couldn't' afford to pay it back, despite the fact that he's made over $50 million in his career, and he was sued last year for $375,000 for money he allegedly borrowed at multiple Miami strip clubs.
