Yesterday's Denver-Dallas game got the highest ratings of any NFL game this season on any network and the highest ratings for anything since the Academy Awards.

It makes sense, there were reduced afternoon games, Dallas Cowboys have the most fans, and the Broncos are probably #7 or so. So you have 2 popular teams facing off with less "other games" on. And it was an exciting game.

The NFL is ditching the pink penalty flags and going back to yellow flags next week. They had planned on using the pink flags through week 7 but the flags were causing confusion for fans as they couldn't tell if a flag had been thrown or if it was a piece of a player's equipment.

But Briggs is no rookie. You simply cannot fall for that garbage. They were on their own 48. They were never going to actually go for it.

Not to mention, Briggs looks very slow this year. Bush ran by him all day last week.


I really can't even remember when as a Bears fan, one could ask: how can our defense be losing teams for them???

I only saw the one play. Up here in WI we only get the boring Packers.

But his play vs the Lions the week before was some of the worst I have ever seen. Reggie Bush made him look like a chump.


I'm personally sick of the whole Bears D right now. There is far too much money on that side of the ball to be losing games for them.

How bad was the Bears D??? This was Cutler highest rated game EVER...and they lost. Jeffrey set a WR record as well.

Granted the offense needs to start playing before the 2nd half, but the D is giving up 28 points a game. That is just...sad.

Briggs is currently tied for 2nd in the league in tackles, has 2 FF 2 sacks and 5 Pass Defends for a linebacker, yea he is slowing down.

Reggie Bush runs past everybody, he is one of the fastest players in the league, do you and timeagain understand that there are 11 guys that play on defense? its not a one man show, each player has a different assignment.
