So the Browns last three picks that have been Quarterbacks in the first round were all the 22 pick. Quinn, Weeden, and now Manziel. That is very odd.

I feel like I've seen this before with Cleveland. I hope the best for the city (I'm a Cubs fan I know suffering) but I have some doubts about Johnny Football.

I don't disagree, but bless them. If it is one thing, it's hope, and the Brown's fans deserve a nice big fat slice of that.

Wouldn't be surprising. Haslem is a known dirtbag who committed large scale fraud. He might be in prison soon.

It should at least make Browns games worth watching and at least entertaining to some degree. Can't be worse than Weeden out there with his walker and McCoy throwing passes into the backs of his offensive linemen

Scary part is that this means they drafted him because the fans wanted him. Not because, you know, it would be a smart move, but because the fans would like it. Seems like a logical way to built a championship team (or even a team to surpass 6-10)

That was my thought as well. After Pettine just mentioned to the press how hard it would be for a rookie to become the starter over Hoyer...

and now the city will want Johnny Football to start.

That, but also the Jags and Browns grabbed a QB... there aren't that many teams in desperate enough of a need to spend a first round pick on a QB.
