The other two primary members of the Toronto group, Larry Tanenbaum and Edward Rogers, are both billionaires, with Rogers' family worth over $7 billion, so this move could make the group a much bigger player in the bidding.

The winning bidder is going to have to guarantee a longterm commitment to keeping the team in WNY, otherwise their bid will be rejected. The trust is adamant about honoring the late Mr. Wilson's wishes.

I haven't really been paying attention to preseason football this year but I just noticed that Ryan Fitzpatrick is Houstons starting QB. Too funny.

There are ways around that if Toronto wants the team they will get the team

If what I read is accurate, it will be very, very challenging for Toronto to get this franchise. I'm sure they will get a team eventually, but it's pretty unlikely it will be the Bills.

I guess the Begals are pretty deep at RB to let The Lawfrim go. I don't know if he would fit in Chip Kelly's offense, but I'd like to see the Eagles bring him in, if anything, to kick the tires and see what's there.
That would be a pretty scary backfied: Shady McCoy, Sproles and Green-Ellis.

Well once they drafted Hill, Green-Ellis became expendable.

Yep. I don't think he'll be out of work for long. Heck, maybe New England will bring him back.

Doubtful because as long as they dont force them to sign a lease with the city extending what they currently have all it requires is Toronto to build a stadium and NFL approval.

From what I have read, that is exactly what is going to be required. To be the next owner, you must make a longterm commitment to Western New York.

There is a reason there are only three bidders. There is a strict no relocation clause within the trust.

It's not that big of a deal. It's pretty unlikely that is the winning bidder.

Logic makes me presume the highest bidder would get the team, but we'll see soon enough.

Mallett traded to the Texans... Is this the future? Because if it is, it's a bleak one

I have a hard time believing that if he had much potential that the Patriot would let him get away.

San Francisco 49ers' DT Ray McDonald was arrested over the weekend for domestic violence. The team now leads the NFL in arrests since 2011 with ten.
